Auto and 5-speed have different tailshafts...
Automatic with 2wd is different than a 5-speed with 2wd, and vice-versa with the lengths. I would be a bit amused if that $35 manual does work. You are still missing the clutch pedal assembly and cable, transmission mounts are different too. And I hope this is a 4wd tranny that had 4wd too.
