yeah deff high ... parts for ur tune up shouldnt top 50 bucks .. imo wires aren't always needed ... id do plugs , cap, button , air filter , again if needed .. go to auto zone .net for prices .. this should be done in an hours time .. so tops tops labor parts 160 .. starter ??? have it tested .. it could be draggin ... bad connection ... check charging system ,, again auto zone free be ...when you do start it is it slow to turn over ?? have to crank a long time ??? when you some times have to jump ,,, is it hot been sitting a few days ??
2 nd part he is correct to suggest imo watter pump , seal and belt ..auto zone said this was an interference motor ... but idk most belt motors arent .. belts should be replaced imo every 50 k .. my tracker has 106k on it and i replaced hard to say if this is org or not ...can be done in the drive way im doing it right now .. takin my time pokin at it had to remove rad . id say 3 hours labor .. now keep in mind i hate hate hate braking down and working in the winter .. so theirs the extras you find and diddnt think of .. new alt, ps belts . lower rad hose . new clamps . get a chiltons .. a buddie and dive in it on a week end ....
