you forgot to check for the nag switch.
if you have federal car (fed48 and not Calif car) then it HAS this switch.
1: rip it out.
2: or slide it one time. I call it the mileage nag or SES. service engine soon.

some ppl move the switch.
I unplug all i find from rear of speedo , that way CEL = CEL for ever.
no more nag. bs.
