new RAD, or new heater core.? latter im sure.
is RAD going to 180F.
have you ever flushed the block and RAD?

remove part 20 and look.
and look in back of water jacket for mud.
with a mirror.

I do not advocate of shot gunning or guessing or working with out tools/meters/scopes but I will help you the best I can! I can't see or hear/feel your motor, so consider my answers, in that light.
There are 2 diagnostic paths, one with tools and one without! Please advise which path you wish to take?
