As far as changing it over, I've never done it. But, considered it. The process should be pretty easy I'd think.
Remove the stock steering box and possibly the shaft going to the column.
Install new steering box, pump & resevoir, (and shaft?) and more than likely (not sure) swap out the pulley on the engine so it accepts turning the additional belt.

Ok. Sounds like a job I can do. I wish I had a picture of what the setup with power steering looks like - showing where everything goes.
