
As you sad thet clock doesnot reset then the always on line from batt+(30) is OK, the power from 15C(when you give ACC with key) is the problem one. The third is when you turn light on and it dimms light in clock.(58).
The problem could be in some conector(bad contact) like c203(pin 2), C201(pin 12), C224(pin 8). Or the fuse F15 10a bad contact.
For running light, check ISU unit and\or baterry saver reley becouse they control lights turning off for saving baterry. Did you meen running light (H1 55W in headlights) or daylights(like foglights)? Anyway it is probably mechanical bad contact or water in some part, so when car is tilted(like entering garage) the light come off.
