did you ever unbolt the dizzy? I followed your site... seems right; didn't pay attention when I tried to label numbers 1-4, labeled on wires instead, not the new cap...
did you pull one wire from old cap, then move them 1 at a time or , just pull them all then use FSM to lay them down.
I pulled the whole distributor, should have just removed cap with the two little bolts.
that would be wrong, if last guy timed car non FSM way then the FSM way is now wrong.
always match what you have, ( or start from FSM scratch , dizzy out.)
did you buy quality ign. parts. not china crap, saw a china cap on fleebay for $1.45 what junk that is.
Bought the Suzuki parts...

step one put a spark plug/and wire to the coil.
crank it, do you have spark.?

this is always the first way to test spark (no start) at the coil.
FYI:
i saw a china made rotor other day , it was cloned with out the index spring.
could be installed wrong, could just fall off at anytime.
sorry if this is top parts, NGK , Bosch, other top names... Denso,
Called up one of the local mechanics, he'll go check timing, etc; what do ask him to do too? Thanks again
