The sx4 does have a cabin air filter, the 07's didn't come with them but the 08's did. The cabin air filter from an 08 will fit an 07. The a/c drains was a culpurit. There is a TSB ( ts 02 04018) on this concern. It says to clear the debris from the drain install a cabin air filter and a filter in the cowl. Contact your dealer about this TSB.
