from what i can tell, the cowl is clean. I read on another site the drain tube might be restricted from debris (dirt, leaves) allowing the water not to drain. I am going to try cleaning this out first as it seemed to work for another person.
We have had heavy rain also lately, but after i drained the water june 29, the car sat in the garage, it did not rain june 30 and yesterday after the Ac was used for 30 mins the problem is back.
I don't see a water spot on the ground after the Ac is ran either....i will keep you updated.
I was aslo told the 07 sx4 doesn't have a cabin air filter element, so replacing this may help keep the clogs away. The 08's and up have one....
