Check for fuel at the injector. If you pull off the return line from the regulator and cycle the key with a cloth wrapped around the regulator fuel should pour out of the return. If it does your next step would be to check for injector pulse from the ECM. Have someone crank the motor while looks down at the injector (carefully) and see if gas is being sprayed. If not then I would ohm out the injector. The spec is 1-2ohms. The injector harness is part of that plug down by the base of the intake. I think it is a red and yellow wires (just follow the two wires from the injector down to the plug though). If the injector checks out your next check IMO as a Suzuki tech is the ECM. Remove the ECM from the vehicle and carefully remove the cover. It is located under the driver's side of the dash way up - two screws hold it in - it's a bit of a pain in the ass to remove but doable. Check the circuit board for burned areas, particularily in the lower left corner of the ECM if you have the harness connector end point down at the ground. Look for leaking capacitors or any tiny burns circuits. Sometimes they blowup where you'll easily see it, and sometimes it's harder to tell.
I just replaced an ECM in a truck similar to yours ('91 'Kick). Ran beautiful when spraying brake clean into the intake but wouldn't run after. Tons of spark and fuel but no injector pulse because the ECM had a big burned area where it controls the injector.
NOTE: If you ohmed your injector and it's something rediculous I strongly suggest replacing the injector and ECM as a pair. If you don't the fucked injector will take out another ECM. If you find the ECM is destroyed you could try finding a used one (that will suffer the same fate one day) or buy a rebuilt one. Our dealership buys from a company called Japan Auto Parts. I believe they are located in Toronto but I'm not 100% sure. Comes with a warranty and we've never had a comeback using their rebuilt ECMs.
My journeyman and I always say "A Suzuki will always start as long as the battery is charged and the ECM isn't fucked" lol. Good luck.
