I'm going from memory here ...

After you remove the switch assembly from the door, flip it over and take out either four or six screws, you should be able to remove the top section and see the individual switches - each of which has an upper section that pivots on two pins.

Using a small screwdriver, ease the side of upper section outwards and slip it over the pin (one side at a time) - inside you will find a couple of small springs and plungers that fit into holes in the upper section and two small metal "rockers" that make the actual contact with the contact points in the base of the switch - one or more of the contact points will be blackened and scorched, just clean it up with a nail file or similar and then a paper towel with alcohol or similar, and reassemble.
