the 16vL is diff, head. only pistons change in block and has 20hp more. guts. (MPI)
sounds like you need a Jeep, one that can go fast and suck gas.
no point in turning a zuk in to a jeep. why bother? (OTR , on the road)
or get a GrandVitara with the V6.
30MPG comes at a cost ,
low speed.
low power.
light weight.
the oil loss is because you are flogging the crap out of the little 1.6L motor.
WOT or near.
all motors suck oil when driven that way.
Hope you dont get buffeting.cross winds , going 80. zuk might not like that.......
