take off those screws then 4 or 5 under hood on top of fender then 2 under black molding on bottom of truck then 1 (with door open) top of fender on the little flare thing. off comes fender, spray the crap out of it with pb blaster or the like for a fuw days so you dont break them. ive done this and i sucks. no bumper removal is necessary .
