First part is VR, its pretty much the same as a Samurai dizzy. You can modify the dizzy wiring to use the VR sensor for timing and the trigger unit to fire the ignition. This avoids having big ignition spikes travelling up and down the wiring. You'll need to lock up the advance mechanism.
I have a design for an injector driver that will work effectively with the stock Zuk injector. You need to use PWM but you also have to use the back emf from the injector to create a big negative voltage across it, this causes the magnetic field to collapse much faster and the injector to turn off fast. I designed my own ECU for my Vit and that was the most difficult part, I did a lot of bench testing with the injector.
