yea, you definatly have a little rust there, but ive seen much worse. the damage by the tail light can pretty easily be fixed with some rust converter and primer. as for the other ones, you could rivet some sheet metal in, but my first choice, especially since damage is by seats, would be to just get a new tub (shell). its a lot of work, but as long as you can find a rust free tub, its worth it
