Hi, There are several ways to fix your hard top.
Fiberglass right?
To repair small damage use a very small boat repair kit --you can get one just about anywhere.( cheap)
As for paint ---cheap spay can or proper automotive paint.The differance being quality and price.
If It were mine I would get some paint rubbing compound (looks like rust coloured floor wax) and simply remove old oxidation off paint It's like like car wax and just removes crap and fadeing off paint.This stuff is very easy to use and it really doesn't take long to do.All that left is small damaged area. this can be touched up with small bottle of touch up paint or arisol.Or if really cheap, like me, cover repair with a CAA sticker
