Hey Dan, It's just my opinion that the 18's may be a little too extreme for the type of car we own. The 17's seem more practical since they will allow you room to lower the vehicle in the future. No doubt that the 18's will deliver a slightly more dramatic punch but you should weigh the pros and cons for your application. I tend to go with the solution that leaves my options open. You'll be more constricted with the 18's. ie. tyre selections from diffrent manufacturers, clearance height should you decide to get a matching turbo gas struts matched with lowering springs, etc. Remember that 1 decicion may have a myriad of consequences. But, ultimately, it's your decision, if it makes you happy, then hey. ----Ed
