The Cruise Module is up above the driver's feet, with an 18 pin connector, and here are the signals:

3. Clutch pedal not depressed + (Open if Auto Trans?)

14. Accel sw close to common
15. Set sw close to common
16. VSS from speedo reed sw
17. TCM connection (signal?)
Misc.
4. Common for control switches
6. Common for TCM, & Cruse actuator
7. Connection to TCM & ECM (signal?)
18. Ground
