The car has 101,000 miles on it right now. What is the NAG switch and where is it located? As for brakes, the fluid level is fine, Hand brake is off and I have not tested the others mentioned. The Rwal controller conn, are you referring to the module or ? Sorry to sound dumb!
all three lamps,

Blinking-Lamp
1 step at a time. (you choose , brakes or engine?)
if your car is a federal 48 model, (smog sticker says under hood) and not calif. model
than your car does have the mileage nag, every 50k (read the page)
HIDDEN switch (Napolean Solo thought that up, from U.N.C.L.E)
usually 99% the egr parts are good and the pipes clogged with carbon. code 51
Unplug the silly nag switch. and then when you get a CEL , it is real.
The brake lamp has 4 functions.
to find out which of the 4 is signalling you must unplug them 1 at a time.
kinda like musical chairs.
unplug order (best for sore backs)
1: hand brake off. ( might have to unplug actual switch under console but usually not)
2: brake fluid level switch)
3: brake diff press. switch just below #1
4: Unplug Rwal controller conn.
unplug them sequentially, when light goes out, bingo.
if #4 is prob. then that is whole nother ball of wax. see pages. on link.
