the procedure ( basic) 3 steps. ) 4 really)
unplug all inputs to the Brake light seqentially , hand brake off, pull brake fluid res. wire,
pull wire to pressure diff wires.
this is a block of metal, below MC, it is small and just monolitic , but there is his sensor
on it and many brake lines, (ignore MC and Dump valve , dump has many wires not 2)
it has 2 wires and is below MC so nothing else matches that.
pull it.
now if lamp is still on the RWAL controller is crying for help.
the trick here is to make sure non of these switches are closed.
step 2 (hand brake off, fluid switch open, diff switch open)
command up diag mode of the RWAL.
Please keep this in mind, 1 lamp 4 diff. error producing condtions, you must repair all the other conditions before working the RWAL or the lamp will not work .
once you get to the point, only RWAL is controlling the lamp.
then place that jumper.
step 3: get codes. look them up
step 4 test device it says is bad.
That japanese flow chart is crude but i do understand it.
i have annotated copies if need be....
you goal should be getting the codes out.
the lamp is shared , that is the only hard part up till now.
