You will have to replace it, but to get you down the road you need to use a long handled screwdriver and line up the shifter forks so that the open notches line up. Then put the extras back together. you can get a factory replacement from Suzuki (or many of the vendors) or you can get the aftermarket poly bushing (same vendors). there is a company here in the States that makes a brass replacement that has a 15 yer warranty.
