It's still happening, things have just stalled a bit. (I've been waiting for the weather to warm up so I can get some coolant temp voltage readings on a hot day.)
I've got a few days off this weekend so I'll start looking into making the bracketry up to mount the fans. It's going to be a PITA as I have to remove the fan and shroud to get measurements. The shroud appears to be fastened at the bottom on both sides in inaccessable areas, and it will take a few goes to get it all done right as I'll have to get the welding done by someone else.
