Lackey, I don't know if you drive in a dusty environment, but I believe that your condensate drain for your A/C is clogging.

On my '03 it hasn't clogged, I think that on the pass side next to the console, you'll see a rubber tube which exits thru the floor.

If that tube plugs (ie blower taking in dust/dirt from outside) your A/C drain
pan WILL overflow into the car.

I've not done it but you might try pulling the tube out of the floor and blowing into it to try to clear it.---- Have a container ready if it starts to drain the probably full condensate pan (coffee can?) I'd look under the car
1st trying to see the tube.

Lastly, there's a thread regarding easy install of a cabin filter for the aerio.
This would greatly postpone or end this problem.
