I don't remove or even unzip my rear window, I let that fall intio the cargo area, than I gently fold the side windows half way & put then in front of the rear window, than I roll the top tightly & neatly & put it in the cargo area, the side windows stick out a little bit on each side, it looks nice when it's folded tight like that, almost like a cover boot.
Every time I put the top up I find it gets easier, I have a routine now, the hardest part for me, not so much anymore was getting the rear posts to stay in place when closing the top, I find that once you get the front part clipped in its best to stretch it out & insert the posts & rear window into the frame that way.
It takes me about 10 to 15 minutes to put the top up, depending how good i'm feeling that day.
