Plugs you can do yourself with common tools but be aware a Craftsman or Napa spark plug socket will not fit. I have had to use Snap-On or Mac TOOLS. Just nee to take out the 12 bolts holding down the six coil lift off and remove the plugs and install new ones.
Not thqat bad really. Fuel filter is just have to get up under the car to do it.
Coolant and trans-flush are best done in a shop unless you drain and fill every 30K.
Plugs, Fuel Filter, Coolant are 30K maintenance events. Also don't miss the cabin filter under the passenger cowl panel. Check you belt too.
