2004 Aerio SX air conditioning problem
My Aerio SX AWD has 71,000 miles on it and is having some air conditioning issues. It has never been as cold as my Ford Escort, but was ok til recently. Now it blows cold air out of the passenger side, but not the driver side. It blows room temp air there. Any ideas of what the problem could be? I had it to a mechanic yesterday and he said all the blend doors and parts seem to be ok. He said he took the dash off, put his hands down the tunnel and warm air blew on his left hand and cold air on his right hand. The blend door did seem to close ok, but he's still stumped (and so am I!).
Any help would be appreciated. I love my car - don't want to have to drive it only in the cooler months!!!
