The shift knob came from this website. They have some new ones that also look cool - the 4th one down the page looks really nice (leather).

I'm sure you know, but remember to get lift-reverse only.
As far as the lift-reverse handle, if I remember right the silver one came with the short-shift kit or the handle. Honestly don't remember, but I think it was with the short-shifter. Anyone else with the shorty remember this?
