Spring compressors do help. The general consensus, however, is that 2" is too much in the front, because of the CV angles. Many do 2" Rear and 1.5" front, which will actually give you 2.25 in the front because of the suspension geometry. A 2" Spacer in the front will give close to 2.75" which is very hard on the CVs
