Do the turn signals work? Maybe it's the signal relay going bad?
I recently had a turn signal problem, they would only work intermitently. Sometimes they'd work, others they wouldn't. I thought that possibly the multiswitch was bad and tried a new turn signal relay and that seemed to fix it. Hope this helps.
