Default Real Men Drive "Jeeps"

Hello Guys/Gals:
Here in the Southeast, Trackerkicks have always been very popular with the females. When I purchased mine, I hardly ever saw a guy driving one. I discussed this with several of my friends before I bought it and was told time and again, that this was a "Chick Car" and real men drove "Jeeps". Of course they had Jeeps and other big 4X4s. I caught a lot of flack about buying this sissy 4X4.
My grandfather had a real Army Jeep and it was close to the size of my Tracker 2dr so I knew the advantage of a smaller 4X4 when off-roading.
I also Googled Sidekick/Trackers and discovered how much modding was being done with lifts and big mudders and that in fact MEN in other parts of the country drove these!
Well, I guess the purpose of this post is to gloat a bit as my " Girlie Man" Tracker still has the original engine ( the jeeps have all blow up), I get great MPG , have very few repair and most important, I can slide through rocks and trees that the fat Jeeps cannot get between.
With gas near $3.20gal here, Trackerkicks are poping up everywere here and MEN are driving them.
I was wondering if anyone here has been accused of driving a Girlie Man truck, or is it just a REDNECK southern thing.
