snake oil.
first how could he know 45HP if HE didnt see what you are driving yet.

this is called by some, a wild imagination but we really know what I am saying , right.

Here is a trick, want more power (less mpg of course , laws of thermodynamics as such)
unplug the OXYgen sensor.
car will run a tad rich and make more power
if driving 96 or newer , CEL lamp will come on ,

On some cars, my trick wont work, as the ECU might go to limphome mode.
rich and retarded, then all is for naught.

WHAT DO YOU want,

Power,
at what RPM , low , Mid , high , ALL?

how much are you willing to spend.

does your car have to pass smog?

are you willing to GIVE UP MPG?

those are the real and important questions to ask before acting.

more:
is your car leased
do you actually own your car.
do you want to sell car and as we all know hacking it , reduces value and customer base.

when I buy cars, if the harness is damaged in any why, I pass.
or any signs of tampering. (when spending the big bucks, on junk heaps like my tracker, I m the hacker here.Guilty as sin)

As Microshaft always says, "where do you want to go today".

for sure.

Where I used to work, they had this list for major purchases,
1: where are you now, what do you have.
2: what is you goal.
3 what are all the possible solutions to that goal.

there were 10 questions but here is my short list.
