This is such a bad idea and should only be done if necessary as a last resort. First of all its unsafe as exhaust fumes will get in the cab. It will wont really have any positive effects. Exhaust will enter the engine bay and increase the engine bay temperature it will contaminate the intake air, it will accumulate moisture and frost in the engine bay and all underneath the car accelerating any rust and clog the air filter sooner, because theres no catalytic converter or muffler there is nothing to arrest any sparks or unburnt fuel and is a fire hazard, especially if you have any leaks or drive off road, because of the sever reduction in exhaust back pressure the engine will perform worse other than free revving quicker, you'll lose the EGR functionality and while it may sound cool at first it looses its appeal quickly and is very loud and vibrates the whole cabin. I have tried this and the results were undesirable.
