Agree ...Mobil 1 is probably the most recommended synthetic by expensive auto manufacturers although Castrol also make a pretty good one. Synthetics are not recommended for intitial engine break-in (normally first 1200 to 1400 miles) but with 600 to 800 you should be okay. While I would also go with Mobil 1 if you want the very best and don't mind the price, remember that unlike normal oil that begins to break-down after about 3000-3500 miles, the synthetics are good for 5000-6000 miles so omly half the oil & filter changes are required. Regarding oil's weight/viscosity, the multi-grades do offer greater fexibilty but selection really still depends on climate/temperature in which you are operating the vehicle. With such a small displacement motor, I'd be more inclined to use Mobil 1s 10-W30 for now and not use the 15W-50 until you have much higher mileage on the vehicle.
